Fitter food ~ Nourish yourself

Spending the weekend with these two awesome guys. Very inspirational weekend learning about gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, and many more amazing facts. It's not just about exercise  guys, if you truly want to change you have to look at the foods you are eating. What we eat deeply and radically affects the way we think, feel, and behave. We are what we eat. Food affects every part of our being.
